Introduction to Livestock
This two-week unit lets students explore the basic information needed to understand the livestock industry. Students will be introduced to terminology, 50 livestock breeds, livestock sectors and common products from the livestock industry. This unit plan is designed for a full two weeks but can be extended to 12-13 days.
