Food Waste Lesson Plan
Designed for an Intro to Ag class, this 3-day lesson explains food loss and waste, the food supply chain, and the opportunities and challenges of reducing food waste. Students will create a food supply chain map, estimate their family’s annual food waste and brainstorm ideas for reducing food waste in their community.
